Microsoft reveals new games that are coming to its subscription twice a month. Once in the first week, when the company announces all the titles that will be added to Game Pass within the first two weeks of the month. Another subscription follows midway through the month when the company discloses all the games that will be added to the subscription in the second half. The second announcement for May 2022 is already in, and the company is adding 12 new games to the subscription. Six of these are day one releases, which spices up Game Pass to quite an extent.
What are the New Games Coming to Game Pass in May 2022?
The 12 games that are arriving to the Xbox Game Pass subscription by the end of this month are listed below.

Among these, the day one releases include Umurangi Generation Special Edition (May 17th), Floppy Knights (May 24th), Hardspace: Shipbreaker (May 24th), Sniper Elite 5 (May 26th), and Pac-Man Museum (May 27th). Her Story, which already has gotten added to the PC Game Pass subscription, is a critically acclaimed title from 2015. Along with this game, subscribers on both PC and console can enjoy Little Witch in the Woods, one that recently entered Early Access.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 has been out for a while, and now that it is available with Game Pass, subscribers can download and enjoy it. The last game that got added on May 17th is Umurangi Generation Special Edition, which again is a day one release. On May 19th, the subscription will add a couple more games. This includes Farming Simulator 22, which is coming to the cloud, PC, and the Xbox simultaneously.
The second game is Vampire Survivors which is coming to the PC Game Pass subscription. On May 24th, we will have a couple of Day One additions. These include Floppy Knights coming to both PC and Xbox as well as the cloud. The second release is Hardspace: Shipbreaker which will come to the PC Game Pass only.
On May 26th, we have another Day One addition. This is Sniper Elite 5, which will come to the PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. The Sniper Elite series is critically acclaimed for its nerve-wracking missions and attention to detail. Thus, Sniper Elite 5 is a much-awaited title. Finally, on May 27th, the subscription will add two more titles. These include Cricket 22 on the PC Game subscription. The game is already available with the Xbox edition of Game Pass. The last addition for the month is Pac-Man Museum, which will be added across PC, Xbox, and the cloud, and is a Day One release.
Overall, May turned out to be a pretty busy month for Microsoft’s subscription. The official list for June has not been revealed yet, so gamers will have to wait for it.
