Assassin’s Creed is a long-running series. The first game in the series was launched in 2007, and the twelfth major release happened in November 2020. The video game series has gone over a lot of overhauls and changes over these years. It has gone from a narrative-focused saga to an open-world role-playing game series. Combat in the initial games was pretty challenging. However, as the series went on to become an open-world role-playing series with the current trilogy (Assassin’s Creed: Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla), combat was purposefully made much more difficult to tackle. Some bosses are extremely difficult, so it has taken us a bunch of tries to succeed.
But, as astonishing as it might sound, a gamer has managed to beat all twelve games in the series, from the original Assassin’s Creed title to Valhalla, without taking damage at all. Managing to beat all twelve games is a feat in itself, but taking no damage in any part of this long-lasting gameplay session is perfection. Assassin’s Creed is all about becoming the most skilled assassin possible. With all games, the series’ focus is on showcasing a highly trained killer with pinpoint accuracy and zero mercy. The master assassins showcased so far are epitomes of this description. Streamer Hayete Bahadori took this definition too seriously.
The streamer has completed every major story mission and quest at the highest possible difficulty, which traditionally goes by the name of “Master Assassin”. The last and final update to his series, for now, is the second part of beating Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s storyline. This video was uploaded to YouTube in April 2022 for the streamer’s viewers to enjoy.
Not only did Hayete play the game at the highest difficulty levels possible, but he also set some strict rules to abide by throughout this walkthrough too. Although the streamer did not take the pain to 100% in all titles, he ensured no reloading, resynchronization, or restarts while the playthrough lasted. Eivor should maintain his maximum health throughout the gameplay from the start of the game to the Hamtunscire story arc and pacify all of England.
The streamer could not cheat his way through any damage or failed objective. Under such circumstances, he would be required to completely restart the game and redo the challenge. However, there were three exceptions to this rule. At three separate points throughout the story, players take damage due to the scripted events. This is necessary to ensure the continuum of the storyline and thus was not included in Hayete’s challenge.
Taking a look at his previous streams and uploads, we can infer that the streamer is no stranger to such challenges. He seems to do them quite regularly with some of the biggest titles out there. He has completed games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Batman Arkham Knight, and Control while taking zero damage in the past.
