Life is Strange is a genre-setting video game series. Since 2015, we have had four releases in the series, and all of them have great narratives with stunning gameplay designs and aspects. With the development rights having passed from Dontnod Entertainment to the developers who created the series, Deck Nine, the series has gotten even better. With Life is Strange: True Colors, Deck Nine showed off their excellence in designing games like Life is Strange. Life is Strange Remastered Collection is going to be a head-on collision between the ideals of Dontnod and Deck Nine, as the latter is going to remaster two of the entries originally developed by Dontnod.
What are the Games in Life is Strange Remastered Collection?
Life is Strange Remastered Collection will come with the first two games in the Life is Strange series. These include Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Beyond the Storm. Both games share the same setting. The games are set in Arcadia Bay, a fictional seaside town in northern Oregon, the USA.
What is Life is Strange (2015)?
Life is Strange (2015) is the first game is in the series. The game was released in five episodes and had Max Caulfield as the protagonist. Max was a photography student in Arcadia Bay when the town starts having strange events and changes in weather. The game wasn’t the perfect Life is Strange game, but as part of the first fame to be released in the series, it received numerous Game of the Year awards and nominations. It was criticized for poor attention to detail like lip-syncing, handling of certain sensitive subjects, and overall integrity.
Altogether, it was a great game with a solid story. Also, it was the first entry in the then one-of-a-kind series. Thus, there was a lot of room for improvement in the upcoming sequels.

Life is Strange: Before is the Storm is a prequel to the original Life is Strange game from 2015. It is set in 2010, and the game features Chloe Price, a sixteen-year-old girl, as its protagonist. The game features the paranormal ability of backtalk which enables Chloe and Rachel Amber, a popular and beautiful girl whom Chloe looks up to.
The game was an amazing entry into the Life is Strange franchise as it continued chasing the emotional feelings and struggles of teenagers, with a bit of twist and magic.
