Detroit: Become Human is a great adventure video game. From graphics to story and narration, this game has a lot to offer. Thus, it is quite common for the system requirements to be a bit on the higher end. However, developers, Quantic Dream, optimized the game pretty well. While the requirements are higher compared to other contemporary titles, they are far from unreasonable. Quantic Dream requires you to have at least an Intel Core i5-2300 @ 2.8 GHz or an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.1GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.2GHz coupled with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 or AMD HD 7950 and 8 GB of system RAM on the minimum side of the spectrum. These requirements to play Detroit: Become Human are acceptable, provided the system is over 5 years old.
Detroit: Become Human was a PlayStation exclusive until June 2020 when it was also published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Moreover, developers brought the game to Microsoft Windows in the second half of 2021, allowing PC gamers to enjoy it as well.

Detroit: Become Human might get support for AMD’s FSR technology by the end of 2021. That will make the game more playable on some weaker hardware, where it runs like a dream. This just goes to show how well-optimized the title is.
Detroit: Become Human is now available on PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows. The game is also playable on PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility at up to 4K 60fps.
